    Is this therapy?

    No. This is trauma-informed breathwork and emotional release work. It can support therapy, not replace it.

    What will I feel?

    Most people experience a sense of release, clarity, and emotional shifts. Some feel physical sensations.

    Can this bring up heavy emotions?

    Yes. That’s the point. You won’t be alone in it.

    Is virtual as effective as in-person?

    Yes. Both formats work. Choose what fits your comfort and schedule.

    How do i prepare?

    No alcohol or substances. Light meal. Hydrate. Come ready.
